Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions or concerns
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary
  • Responding to assistance requests and processing payments if needed
  • Tracking call-related information for audits and reports
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when appropriate

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Preferred 6 months customer service experience
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows OS
  • Good organization and prioritization skills

Work From Home Requirements

  • Internet speed: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • No packet loss, ping under 50ms
  • No Satellite, Mobile Data hotspots, P2P, or VPN connections
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Quiet, clean workspace
