Job summary

Muvi LLC is seeking an Automation Engineer to create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile apps built on the Muvi platform. You will turn design docs into repeatable test cases and perform manual testing for upcoming features as needed.

Responsibilities include building an automated UI test environment (Android, iOS, Web), writing tests in Selenium/Appium, collaborating with development teams, and delivering clear test reports.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of QA experience including automation with Web, iOS and Android apps.
• Hands-on automation framework development for UI, API, performance and security testing.
• Core Java, Selenium, RestAPI and SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge of test methodologies, test plans, case design and defect reporting.
• Experience with Agile and STLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests based on regression criteria for QA of the system.
• Establish an automated UI testing environment for Android, iOS, and Web apps.
• Collaborate with back-end and front-end teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts in an automation framework (Selenium, Appium).
• Record detailed test results and provide status reports for projects.
• Create test cases and perform functional testing including regression, smoke and sanity tests.
• Develop and interpret load and other automated performance tests.
• Document expected functionality through detailed test cases.
