National General is seeking a Subrogation Adjuster to investigate auto claims, determine coverage, liability and damages, and negotiate settlements within authority. The role includes mentoring junior staff and collaborating with experienced professionals to drive fair recoveries.

Fully remote US-based position with standard compensation ranges and potential incentive pay. Applicants must meet licensing requirements and refrain from outside appointments during employment; current active licenses

Qualifications

• Investigates auto claims to determine coverage, liability and damages.
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable.
• Identifies body parts of a vehicle and other potential property damage.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it.
• Compliance with licensing requirements and surrender/termination of conflicting appointments as required.

Responsabilités

• Applies basic understanding of insurance policies and company relationships to claims.
• Handles investigations regarding auto claims with limited discretion.
