Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damage, make payments, and ensure claims are properly documented and coded.
• Develop action plans to meet state contract deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities; secure salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Maintain professional client relations.
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on all claims.
• Travel as required.
• Support the organization's quality programs.
