Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent, with auto/general liability knowledge.
• Knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverage principles, and laws.
• State adjusting licenses as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex general liability claims to determine exposure and resolve with action plans.
• Assesses liability and resolves claims within evaluation and authority.
• Negotiates settlements and manages reserves and payouts.
• Handles state filings within statutory limits and coordinates litigation when needed.
• Coordinates vendor referrals and uses cost containment strategies to reduce client costs.
