Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to line of business preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication; PC literate; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex auto, commercial, and personal line claims with proper documentation.
• Manages litigation for litigated claims.
• Coordinates vendor management, including independent adjusters for investigations.
• Reports large claims to excess carriers.
• Develops action plans to meet state deadlines and prompt resolution.
• Identifies subrogation and risk transfer opportunities.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, clients, and brokers.
• Supports the organization's quality programs.
