Job summary

Allstate Foundation is seeking an Auto Adjuster Analyst to support vehicle service contracts by reviewing repair estimates and confirming coverage. Qualifications

• Beginner level resource adjudicating VSC mechanicals claims per quality and timeliness guidelines.
• Strong automotive/mechanical background; evaluate vehicle repairs and estimates.
• Open to candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle basic and occasionally moderately complex claims.
• Investigate files, review damage, take photos, determine reparability or total loss.
• Prepare damage estimates and locate parts for basic/moderately complex claims; negotiate settlements.
• Document claim file with notes and decision process per procedures.
