Qualifications

• Current college junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Willing to commit to a winter internship from mid-January through March for three full days per week (9am–5pm).
• Keen interest in contributing to the success of a medium-sized firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintains a strong academic track record in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in utilizing accounting software and tools.
• Collaborate with professionals to conduct audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Engage in client assignments, research projects, and shadowing opportunities.
• Work closely with team members across all levels to gain audit insights.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and contribute to reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements with accuracy and compliance.
• Gain knowledge of industry regulations and accounting standards.
• Embrace continuous learning and professional development.
• Cultivate connections with colleagues to build a professional network.
• Participate in community service initiatives organized by our internal WeGive committee.
