Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead to manage a team of engineers and deliver high-quality voice and audio services for major creators and media partners. You will oversee dubbing, audiobook production, and voice design projects on the ElevenLabs platform.

The role requires 10+ years in audio fields, strong client-facing skills, and fluency with Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, and Ableton.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs: Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Audio Engineers
• Create and refine custom voices for ElevenLabs customers
• Prepare and edit customer audio for optimal cloning and generation quality
• Provide hands-on training and guidance on ElevenLabs tools
• Join customer calls and support creative direction as a fractional audio engineer
