Trusted by both regional clients, the firm focuses heavily on insurance defense litigation across the state. Roig Lawyers spans six offices across Florida—including locations in Miami, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa, and Tallahassee—and employs over 60 attorneys supported by more than 100 staff. Practice Areas & Expertise include insurance and liability defense (PIP/no-fault, fraud investigations SIU, bodily injury, uninsured motorist, homeowners/property claims, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and coverage disputes), general commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, data analytics, construction law, labor & employment, corporate law, and healthcare litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
