Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Attack Surface Management Service Lead Consultant to join the Exposure Intelligence Team in a remote capacity. You will turn external attack surface data into clear exposure intelligence that drives risk reduction and remediation across the organization.

You will partner with asset owners, security operations, and cloud teams to improve visibility, governance, and response across internet-facing environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in attack surface management, vulnerability management, security operations, or exposure management.
• Strong understanding of internet-facing infrastructure, including DNS, IP space, and cloud hosting.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk and practical remediation actions.
• Hands-on experience with external attack surface management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with asset inventory processes and third-party risk practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate external attack surface findings into actionable exposure intelligence
• Identify attack paths from internet-facing assets, addressing misconfigurations and vulnerabilities
• Produce clear remediation guidance and collaborate with asset owners for validation
• Own subject matter expertise coverage for external attack surface discovery and monitoring
• Establish asset governance practices, including ownership assignment and inventory reconciliation
• Extend visibility to third-party and cloud-hosted assets, operationalizing findings with relevant teams
