Job summary

Graft and Blossom Therapy in California is seeking motivated Associate Therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC) to provide individual, family, or couples therapy remotely. You will manage a client caseload while receiving consistent clinical supervision and administrative support so you can focus primarily on client care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Active California Board of Behavioral Sciences license as ASW/AMFT/APCC in good standing.
• Active professional liability insurance prior to start date.
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills; comfortable with EHR systems.
• High commitment to ethics, client confidentiality, and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial clinical assessments, intake evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Care).
• Maintain timely clinical documentation (intake reports, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Participate in weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision.
• Manage client crises and risk assessments with supervisor support.
