Job summary

Wellity Health is seeking a full-time Associate Therapist to provide structured, evidence-based 1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. The role features a fixed, predictable schedule (Mon-Fri, 9-6) with a caseload capped at 32 weekly sessions, and regular supervision to support clinical growth.

The position requires a California license (AMFT/APCC/ACSW) and a Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, or Counseling.

Qualifications

• Active California license (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW)
• Ability to work in California
• Experience with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care; EMDR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
• Schedule 32-33 clients per week with 53+ minute sessions
• Conduct thorough assessments for recently discharged emergency room cases
• Treat Mind Health Diversion clients as needed
• Deliver evidence-based mental health care and create treatment plans
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in weekly supervision
• Attend internal meetings and supervision as needed
• Collaborate with psychiatry and broader care teams
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and follow-up scheduling
