Job summary

WellSky Corporation seeks an Associate Solution Manager to own the full solution lifecycle from inception to delivery in a remote role. You will collaborate with clients, translate requirements, and work with development teams to deliver features aligned to business goals.

The role requires a background in medical technology and 2–4 years in an Agile environment, with experience in JIRA, Miro, and Visio. Occasional travel up to 20% and flexibility for extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment.
• Experience using WellSky Transfusion (HCLL) is preferred.
• Experience using JIRA, Miro, Visio or other solution mapping or development documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and prospects to understand needs, define objectives, and represent market requirements across WellSky.
• Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying initiatives, defining scope, and providing high‑level timelines.
• Review and translate client requests into solution designs and requirements that address market needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver features based on detailed requirements, prototypes, and business objectives.
• Assist with prioritization of stories and features to support strategic goals and successful solution delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, manage requirements in JIRA, support backlog prioritization, and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, create user stories for small to medium projects, maintain solution documentation, and support compliance processes.
• Monitor solution success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and stakeholder demonstrations while communicating current and emerging functionality.
