Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support growth strategies for the Positive Displacement Blower portfolio, with a clear path toward full Product Manager responsibility. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive pricing, lifecycle decisions, and portfolio optimization.

Remote in the USA with occasional travel to Quincy, IL for training and customer visits.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management, engineering, commercial operations, manufacturing, product marketing, or business analysis.
MBA or business coursework preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and portfolio performance, including lifecycle management and revenue growth.
Serve as product owner for blower packages, configurations, options, and documentation.
Drive pricing and profitability improvements with analyses and benchmarking.
Strengthen market positioning by tracking market share and industry trends.
Support new product development from concept to launch, including business cases and go-to-market readiness.
Enable commercial excellence through sales tools, training, and customer visits.
Monitor bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share via dashboards and reporting.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
