Position Overview
This is a part-time Associate Therapist role, offering up to 25 clinical hours weekly. The total commitment—including sessions, admin tasks, and supervision—will generally stay under 28-30 hours, aligning with California part-time standards.
Flexibility in scheduling is available Monday - Saturday, 7am - 8pm, with opportunities to build a caseload aligned with your preferred client niche. Initial onboarding includes gradual caseload growth to ensure quality care and support.
This role is ideal for recent graduates pursuing supervision hours for licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to your chosen client population or specialty
- Build and maintain a caseload (minimum 10 sessions weekly, up to 25 hours) with gradual onboarding support
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA and California regulations
- Participate in weekly supervision and quarterly trainings
- Collaborate with the team to maintain quality care and clinical standards
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client records, including session recordings with client consent
- Follow licensing board requirements, laws, and ethical standards (NASW, AAMFT, or equivalent)
Qualifications
- Active Associate License in California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Current malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain, with reimbursement support
- Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with regular supervision and professional development
- $40/hour for clinical services
- $20/hour for admin, orientation, and training (within caseload limits)
- Complimentary weekly supervision
- Employer-paid quarterly trainings and ongoing development
- Up to 50% malpractice insurance reimbursement (max $150/year) if self-insured outside employer coverage

Work Schedule
- Up to 25 clinical hours weekly
