A leading life sciences platform is seeking an Associate Medical Coding Specialist/ Medical Coding Specialist (Contractor) in the United States. This remote position offers a full-time, 10-month contract. Responsibilities include classifying medical terms into coding systems and providing support for clinical trial coding. Ideal candidates will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and experience with clinical data management systems. Competitive growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of practical experience for Associate position; 3-5 years for Specialist position.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes is preferred.
• Experience with coding dictionaries like MedDRA and WHODrug is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Classify medical terms using various coding tools.
• Issue queries for clarification based on Case Report Form data.
• Maintain consistency of coding across projects.
