Media Manager is a full-service performance marketing agency specializing in offline media. This remote, full-time Account Assistant role supports the Account Manager in day-to-day activities, including media planning, results reporting, tear-sheeting, client calls, and coordinating with vendors.

You will assist with competitive research, analysis, and presenting results, while learning the Performance Marketing industry and collaborating with every department to deliver ROI and insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, CS, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional business experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Adobe InDesign proficiency.
• High ethics, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Account Manager in day-to-day activity.
• Participate in campaign management activities including media planning, results reporting, tear-sheeting, client calls, competitive research, and proposal development.
• Work with media vendors to execute requests and interpret campaign performance.
• Assist with competitive analysis gathering intelligence, analyzing, and presenting results.
• Conduct ongoing communication with existing partners by email, phone, web postings, and other correspondence.
