Job summary

Qualifications

• Foundational programming skills with scripting in Python or similar.
• Familiarity with APIs and using command line tools and Git.
• Methodical troubleshooting and willingness to ask for help.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Clear written communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to follow runbooks and improve them.

Responsibilities

• Help customers bring their data into the platform, from initial preparation through successful transfer and validation.
• Build and improve scripts, integrations, and automations for faster, more reliable data ingestion.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues across APIs, data formats, and transfer workflows with support from core engineers.
• Monitor active workflows, identify gaps, and verify data arrives complete and accurate.
• Work with customers and internal teams to communicate progress and move past blockers.
• Turn recurring issues into better tooling, documentation, and reusable workflows.
• Take on increasingly complex technical work as experience grows.
