Job summary

Connecticut Green Bank is seeking an Associate to join its Financing Programs team, focusing on program development and origination in Hartford, CT. The role partners with the Director and Associate Manager to identify project opportunities and move them toward Green Bank financing submissions.

You will help manage inquiries, coordinate contractor engagement, draft documents, and maintain Salesforce dashboards while supporting Solar Roof Lease and PPA transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inquiries and lead management across multiple channels.
• Prepare prequalification letters and draft transaction documents.
• Maintain project reports, dashboards, and Salesforce data.
• Assist in contractor engagement, trainings, and eligibility processing.
• Support internal coordination and communication with stakeholders.
