Job summary

CKE is seeking an Associate Event Manager who thrives in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments. You’ll own end‑to‑end event coordination, build strategy, manage vendors, and travel domestically and internationally to ensure flawless execution.

Remote, USA‑based role with a strong emphasis on organization, reliability, and creative execution. You’ll work directly with the Founder, Charlene Ditch, and partner with clients to bring memorable events to life while you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event planning or project management.
• Strong project management instincts and the organizational chops to run multiple events at once.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and your team.
• A creative streak and eye for how events look and feel.
• Experience traveling to events and coordinating complex logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project coordination from kickoff to post-event wrap-up.
• Develop event strategy and translate it into real, workable logistics.
• Manage vendor relationships and keep venues, production, catering on schedule and on budget.
• Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed and confident.
• Travel onsite for site visits and event execution; run the room when it matters.
• Bring a creative eye to events and ensure successful, memorable experiences.
