EPM Scientific is seeking an Associate Director, Graphic Design & Digital Content for a fully remote role to lead visual storytelling across healthcare brands. The role combines graphic design, website design, social media content creation, and production of promotional materials for professionals and patients.

The candidate will translate complex scientific data into clear visuals, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing and medical teams in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional design experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets aligned with brand guidelines for infographics, presentations, brochures and sales materials.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across channels.
• Design and update website pages, landing pages, and digital modules with internal teams and external agencies.
• Optimize digital assets for usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Develop social media graphics, animations, and short-form content for digital platforms.
• Prepare print-ready files and manage production specifications.
• Translate scientific information into clear, compliant visual formats.
