• Bachelor’s degree in science-related field, nursing, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in global pharmacovigilance for pre-approval clinical trials.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in people, project, or departmental roles.
• Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and safety reporting.
