Job summary

Clinical Dynamix is seeking an Associate Director, Competitive Intelligence to lead external landscape monitoring and synthesize complex data into actionable insights. The role collaborates with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a strong CI background, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and excellent communication skills to convey scientific and business information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in biotechnology, pharma, life sciences consulting, or competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor external environment for scientific, regulatory, commercial, and competitive developments relevant to Company's portfolio.
• Develop and maintain competitive landscape assessments, competitor profiles, asset summaries, clinical trial trackers, and timelines.
• Lead planning and execution of CI activities for major congresses with pre-congress planning and post-congress analyses.
• Prepare concise CI reports, executive summaries, and recurring updates for internal stakeholders.
• Spearhead knowledge management and CI repositories to ensure information is current and accessible.
