Job summary

Herzing University seeks an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to support location and program leaders in regulatory readiness and compliance initiatives. This role maintains standards knowledge, manages assigned activities, and promotes readiness across university locations.

The incumbent will coordinate compliance programs, develop resources on varying regional standards, and provide training to university constituents on state and accreditation requirements, ensuring timely submissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred for more advanced oversight.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Academic Compliance or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five years in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives aligned with the University Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with location and program leadership to ensure advisory boards meet and are documented.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge across states and accreditations.
• Develop resources illustrating standard variations across regions and programs.
• Provide training on state, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Design, assemble and review accreditation submissions with faculty and leaders.
• Communicate project status to Senior Leadership and manage timelines.
• Support regulatory reporting and mock visits to ensure readiness.
