Job summary

Herzing University seeks an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to provide central support to location and program leaders on regulatory standards and compliance initiatives. This role advances strategic compliance priorities and supports readiness across the University.

Responsibilities include executing compliance initiatives, maintaining knowledge of accreditation standards, and promoting regulatory readiness through services to the University and its constituents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives aligned with the University Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with location/program leadership; maintain plans, timelines, and regulatory readiness.
• Audit programs and locations for compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Provide training on state, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage regulatory reporting timelines and submissions with faculty and leaders.
