Job summary

Saylor is seeking an Associate Creative Director of Social to lead social strategy, content development, and execution for top entertainment brands. The role emphasizes social listening, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling, trend-driven content.

Based remotely with EST hours, the ACD will guide social asset creation, drive platform-specific series, and mentor junior staff while aligning social efforts with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in social media marketing with senior or ACD-equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media creative.
• Strong social-first, fast creative execution.
• Proficiency with social media metrics and reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
• Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy development and execution for varying clients.
• Ideate high performing real-time social media creative.
• Execute platform-specific creative for Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and YouTube Shorts.
• Provide creative recommendations and optimization plans based on performance data.
• Monitor and analyze cultural trends and platform updates to inform creative development.
• Oversee and manage client social media accounts with other departments.
• Serve as the social point of contact for daily client communications.
• Create and manage editorial calendars that support brand initiatives.
• Support content publishing and community management across social platforms.
• Present strategies and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, manage, and mentor junior social media staff.
