Precision AQ seeks an experienced creative leader to drive multi-brand campaigns, shaping strategy and narrative for clients in the healthcare space. You will partner with art directors, present concepts to clients, and guide projects from idea through execution, mentoring junior staff along the way.

The role emphasizes strong verbal and written communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering high-impact work across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 7+ years in advertising required; healthcare (device/pharmaceutical) focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creative development of multiple brands, including art and copy, to ensure strategic intent for all pieces is achieved through creative.
• Presents work with comprehensive knowledge and defends work with logic and creativity with clients.
• Oversees development of concept from original idea through to execution and tactical pull through.
• Mentors junior staff.
• Informs AT/PM team when information is lacking and collaborates to find solutions.
• Delivers constructive feedback, early/often and in-person.
