Job summary

Golin Ketchum seeks an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter to lead content creation for public sector clients. You will craft copy, strategize editorial calendars, and steer brand voice across social, blogs, and websites to drive meaningful change.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to align copy with visuals, research campaign assets, and translate trends into compelling client presentations for opportunities in government and health sectors.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional writing experience in public health for major social platforms.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent writing, copyediting, and proofreading across topics and channels.

Responsibilities

Create content, copy, and editorial calendars for client needs and contribute to conceptual and copy direction.
Develop copy in line with brand voice and strategy for products/clients across social, blog, and website content.
Draft social content and longer-form assignments (blogs, scripts, brand messaging).
Support social playbooks, personas, tone guidelines, and scripts for community management.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure copy and visuals are cohesive and channel-appropriate.
Assist research for creative campaign assets and new business opportunities.
Translate trends and metrics into understandable client presentations.
