Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a senior copywriter to join the remote Copy team in the United States. You will conceive and execute concepts, presenting work with logic and creativity while defending the narrative integrity for client deliverables.

You will collaborate with art directors, mentor junior staff, and ensure brand standards and strategic briefs are met. Travel may be required domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to organize content and manage multiple brands.
• Strategic thinking aligned with client briefs and brand narratives.
• Proven problem solving and independent work ethic.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients and leading creative discussions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creative development of multiple brands, including art and copy.
• Works with art and copy teams to ensure on‑brief delivery and project alignment.
• Partners with an art director to develop compelling creative concepts and oversee execution.
• Presents to clients, articulating story flow and strategic rationale.
• Manages team relationships and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
• Produces portfolio-quality work aligned with brand standards and client needs.
