Job summary

TriMed, Inc. seeks an Associate Brand Manager to support strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive product growth and customer engagement.

This is a fully remote role that collaborates with sales, clinical, training and business teams to bring products to market and develop impactful communications. You will translate customer insights into effective marketing strategies, develop messaging, and assist with pricing and lifecycle management while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, product marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Create compelling product messaging and value propositions.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
• Develop sales tools, communications plans, educational materials, and promotions.
• Partner with sales enablement and training teams to support product knowledge.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to improve engagement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and market dynamics to inform strategies.
• Support pricing analyses, lifecycle management, and obsolescence planning.
• Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence and market research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with goals.
