Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school.
• Admission to the Maryland state bar in good standing; additional bars are a plus.
• No disciplinary action in the last 10 years.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
• Strong negotiation skills with win‑win outcomes.
• Bankruptcy and foreclosure experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Document Review: analyze legal documents to uncover critical details.
• Document Preparation: draft pleadings, motions, and correspondences.
• Court Hearings: represent clients in court appearances.
• Client Interaction: build relationships and provide guidance.
• Legal Research: conduct in-depth research to protect client interests.
• Case Management: manage files with organization and timeliness.
• Settlement and Negotiations: negotiate favorable settlements.
