Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California state bar and good standing.
Experience in a law office is preferred; familiarity with employment law is a plus.
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as required.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide support in trial preparation.
Utilize legal research tools to gather relevant case law and statutes.
Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
