Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy and diversified caseload in Michigan.
• Communicating with clients regarding their matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; reviewing and drafting agreements.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conducting legal research related to contract and consumer law.
• While based from home, travel for in-court appearances is required.
