• Experience drafting pleadings and legal memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy, diversified caseload in Arizona.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research in contract law and consumer law.
