Law Offices of Nolan Klein, P.A. is seeking a remote associate attorney to manage a nationwide caseload, with emphasis on settlements and some litigation.

The role requires 2–4 years of civil litigation experience, and admission to both California and New York bars. The ideal candidate will handle settlements from intake to resolution, draft and finalize agreements, and oversee settlement compliance while occasionally litigating matters and helping grow a California of-counsel practice.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Demonstrated negotiation and drafting of settlements.
• Admission to California and New York bars.
• Experience litigating in California state courts.
• Strong writing, organization, and ability to manage multiple files remotely.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution.
• Conduct settlement negotiations, draft settlement agreements, and finalize settlements.
• Monitor settlement compliance, deadlines, releases, and post-settlement obligations.
• Handle occasional litigated matters, including motions, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Help build a California practice alongside existing California of-counsel.
