Our client is a leading civil litigation firm specializing in complex insurance fraud cases. They represent healthcare insurers, self-insured groups, and casualty and workers’ compensation carriers in fighting fraud and securing justice.

Position Overview:

Seeking an Associate Attorney licensed in CA with 3-7 years of civil litigation experience to handle high-stakes insurance fraud cases. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team on complex litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of complex civil litigation.
  • Represent clients in insurance fraud cases.
  • Conduct discovery, depositions, and motions practice.
  • Draft legal documents and represent clients in court or arbitration.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance fraud.
  • Strong litigation skills, including discovery and trial preparation.
  • Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
  • Admission to practice law in California.
