The Well is seeking an Associate Advisor for a true remote-first partnership role. You’ll team with a VP-level Sales Advisor to onboard and serve a growing client base, aiming to meet and exceed annual new-asset goals.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Fixed Indexed Annuities and advisory planning, using tools like MoneyGuide Pro and Nitrogen, while thriving in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Series 65 and Life, Accident & Health licensing are required.
• Prior sales or service experience with Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA) and advisory services.
• Proficiency with MoneyGuide Pro and/or Nitrogen.
• Demonstrated track record of thriving in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the Sales Advisor to coordinate meeting prep for early appointments.
• Assist in guiding prospects through the sales process to become clients.
• Coordinate onboarding and serve as central contact for clients as you mature.
