The Well is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing independent RIA and is adding Financial Advisors nationwide. This role offers flexible compensation, remote work from anywhere in the country, and mentorship from seasoned industry veterans.

You’ll focus on building client relationships while the firm handles operations, compliance, and technology. Ideal candidates hold Series 65 (or equivalent) and have a fiduciary mindset with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Series 65 licensed advisors in good standing.
• Entrepreneurial self-starters who generate their own business.
• Advisors with a fiduciary mindset and unquestioned integrity.
• Strong communicators who build deep, long-term client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage client relationships and investment programs.
• Grow the book through referrals and new client acquisition.
• Collaborate with back-office support to deliver comprehensive advice.
