Job summary

Buy Box Experts, a Spreetail agency, is seeking an Associate Advertising Manager to launch and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns and drive profitable growth across marketplace channels.

You will manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and partner with Merchandising and Pricing teams to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion. Remote role based in the United States with strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads or similar marketplace campaigns.
• Experience managing $50k in advertising spend with budgets, bids, ROI, and performance.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools.
• Experience creating performance reports and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience with Amazon advertising platforms/tools is a plus; agency experience and a Marketing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize search campaigns across channels at campaign, ad group, product, and keyword levels.
• Develop strategies to increase marketplace visibility, engagement, and conversion while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor budgets, bids, competitor activity, and campaign performance to hit ROI and sales targets.
• Deliver weekly advertising performance reports with actionable insights for the business.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing, and other stakeholders to align brand strategy.
