Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial support for capitation rate reviews and rate advocacy communications for the Illinois Medicaid market.
• Perform actual-to-expected analyses, forecasting of market-specific financial results, and ad hoc market support.
• Advise executives on functional strategies and use independent judgment under supervision of an FSA Actuary.
