Job summary

Parkway Construction & Architecture is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide essential administrative support to project teams from a home-office setting. The APM assists the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation to ensure projects are on time and within budget per construction documents.

Proficiency with Viewpoint, P6, BIM, and Procore is expected. The role emphasizes coordination with PMs, Superintendents, and accounting to maintain accurate drawings,

Qualifications

• Administrative support and coordination skills
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Update project schedules in coordination with PM and Superintendent
• Assist with budgets, draws, and invoicing processes under PM guidance
• Set up and manage subcontracts and vendor records in Viewpoint
• Process change orders and ensure documentation and approvals are in place
• Support Submittals/RFIs with proper logging and tracking
• Assist with project closeout documentation and warranties
• Support estimating activities and pre-bid outreach as needed
• Take on additional duties as directed by supervisor
