Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years related experience.
• Must have thorough working knowledge of Title IV financial aid rules and regulations.
• Proficient with Banner, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, COD, NSLDS and other 3rd-party sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional student aid counseling to students and families via phone, email, text, in-person and other platforms.
• Manage counseling for graduate students and shape services for them by the Office of Student Finance.
• Assist with online programs and understand nuances of online student population.
• Work remotely and potentially have hours outside office hours as needed.
• Assist Director with financial aid packaging, fund allocations, and award letters.
