Your Role:
As an Assessment Scheduling Coordinator , you’ll be the key player in ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of assessments for individuals receiving OPWDD services. You’ll collaborate with Care Coordination Organizations, manage appointment logistics, and provide essential administrative support.
What You’ll Do:
️ Contact Care Coordination Organizations to gather and share important consumer information.
️ Schedule and coordinate assessment appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
️ Ensure seamless scheduling workflows and assist with last-minute changes.
️ Communicate updates to stakeholders, including families and agencies.
️ Provide administrative support and maintain detailed records.
️ Help individuals access vital services by ensuring smooth scheduling operations!
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Strong computer skills (MS Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A team player with an independent work ethic.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
