Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent paralegal experience.
• 1–2 years of asbestos litigation experience preferred; high-volume litigation acceptable.
• Judgment-intensive role requiring exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and interpret incoming case filings and deadlines.
• Direct the calendaring team to update firm databases and case trackers.
• Perform quality control on calendared work reflecting filings and updated events.
• Review daily docketing reports to inform attorneys of changes.
• Triaging time-sensitive filings to appropriate legal teams.
