Job summary

AuraOne seeks an Arts & Design Expert reviewer for a remote contractor role evaluating AI outputs across arts design workflows. You will assess craft, constraints, and tooling adherence, flag issues, and document corrected approaches to train the modeling team for better AI outputs.

Ideal candidates have portfolio experience in arts design, hands-on tooling familiarity, and the ability to apply long-form rubrics consistently while working asynchronously, at least 10 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or production experience in arts design creative review or an adjacent creative discipline for Arts & Design Expert work.
• Hands-on familiarity with the standard tooling for the discipline.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the craft issue and the standard being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current arts design creative review craft and tooling standards for Arts & Design Expert assignments.
• Grade composition, constraint adherence, and production-readiness on a structured rubric.
• Flag tooling-specific failures (file format, scale, naming, layer hygiene) with severity tags.
• Capture the corrected approach or reference so the modeling team can train on it.
