Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Creative & Design Expert for a remote contractor role to evaluate AI outputs in design workflows. You will review outputs for craft, constraints, and tooling adherence and document corrected approaches.

You’ll work asynchronously, dedicate about 10 hours per week, and use a structured rubric to rate production-readiness, flag tooling issues, and help train the modeling team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or production experience in creative design review or an adjacent creative discipline.
• Hands-on familiarity with the standard tooling for the discipline.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the craft issue and the standard being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Grade a model's creative design outputs against the brief and rate craft, constraints, and production-readiness.
• Flag tooling-specific failures (file format, naming, layer hygiene) with severity tags.
• Adjudicate disputed judgments using a firm style guide.
• Audit batches for rubric consistency and report drift to the program lead.
