Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Mid-Level Art Director to translate concepts into impactful visual campaigns across digital and print. You will collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to deliver cohesive visual experiences that support client objectives.

This remote, temporary role embraces AI-powered creativity, multichannel design, and ongoing learning while maintaining project timelines and quality across social, video, POS, print, and events.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising or creative environment.
• Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools to generate images and videos.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Adobe Firefly.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing tools, particularly After Effects and Premiere.
• Experience developing assets for digital channels and offline materials.
• Experience using Figma and wireframing tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital experiences.
• Strong portfolio showing art direction and visual storytelling across formats.
• Intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop original ideas and visual concepts in partnership with copywriters and other creatives.
• Create sketches, storyboards, mockups, and drafts to guide campaign development.
• Adapt and extend key visuals per brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Produce assets for social, online/offline advertising, POS, print, and events.
• Align visuals with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters to ensure cohesive work.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery under tight deadlines.
• Provide creative direction to other designers to ensure quality.
• Present concepts and finished materials to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging AI tools.
