Job description

Deliver primary health care with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.

Salaries starting at $118,072 per annum

$60.55 per hour plus $22 an hour remote allowance.

Effective Salary starts at $185,106 per annum.

About the role

As a Remote Area Nurse you will assess patient needs, administer treatments such as wound care, and promote health initiatives. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe practices and contribute to quality improvement efforts. We’re looking for RANs who can build strong, trusting relationships with both patients and the community. If you have:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in a primary care or similar setting
  • Commitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practice
  • Willingness for, and understanding of, remote area work; and

The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and bring exceptional clinical skills, a proactive adaptable attitude, and a genuine respect for diverse patient backgrounds, we want you!
