Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC seeks a Remote Vac/Water Truck Driver for Arctic operations. You will load/unload potable water and wastewater-related commodities, drive to client sites, and perform essential vehicle maintenance in a remote camp setting.

Responsibilities include loading, logging gauges, following safety procedures, and coordinating with the lead operator. Applicants must have CDL A/B, D.O.T. physical, and be able to live in dormitory housing.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid CDL A/B with tank endorsement N or X.
• Two years’ experience operating large commercial vehicles in cold/remote settings.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including drug and fit-for-duty.
• Must have valid D.O.T. physical.
• English literacy and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to live in remote camp dormitory settings.

Responsibilities

• Empties or fills tank as required.
• Counts material or reads gauges to record quantities loaded or unloaded.
• Drives truck to customer premises.
• Connects hose to tank and positions truck at loading docks.
• Performs maintenance and fueling on vehicles.
• Maintains pumps and motors.
• Assists plant operators in daily operations.
• Attends safety toolbox meetings and conducts job safety evaluations.
• Obtain CEUs acceptable to ADEC toward licenses.
• Leads daily safety toolbox meetings.
• Notify lead operator if safety or sanitation standards are not met.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
